General Information

Q: What time should guests arrive?
A: The ceremony will begin promptly at 12pm. Please be seated in the church no later than 11:45am.

Q: What is the dress code?
A: Wedding formal attire - Think dresses, suits and kilts. The weather in Scotland is often unpredictable, so please be prepared for all eventualities.

Transport & Parking

Q: Is there parking at the venue?
A: Yes, there is free parking available at Gleneagles Hotel. Parking is limited in Dunblane village. If you would like to drive to Dunblane, we recommend arriving early to allow enough time for parking.

Q: Will transportation be provided?
A: We will be providing transport between Gleneagles Hotel and Dunblane Cathedral. Details will be provided closer to the time. Transport at the end of the evening for those not staying at the hotel will need to be organised by the guests.

Additional Guests

Q: Can I bring a plus-one?
A: We kindly ask that only those listed on the invitation attend.

Q: Are children welcome?
A: We love your little ones, but we are keeping our wedding an adults-only event. We hope you understand and enjoy a night off!

Other Details

Q: Can I take photos during the ceremony?
A: We have a wonderful team on hand to capture the service. Therefore, we kindly ask guests to refrain from taking photos during the ceremony.

Q: What time does the reception end?
A: The reception will end at midnight. For guests staying off-site, carriages should be booked for midnight. Those staying in the hotel are welcome to continue the celebrations in The Century Bar.
